2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when registering and using SkillHub.
3. Digital Skills and Marketplace Role
SkillHub is a marketplace for digital skill packages and related content. Skill availability, descriptions, compatibility, and provider-authored materials may change over time. We may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.
4. Purchases
All purchases on SkillHub are for digital goods. Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are final and may be treated as non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or review any transaction where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or technical issues are suspected.
5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or becomes subject to a payment dispute, SkillHub may revoke access to the purchased skill, disable related download keys, and restrict or permanently ban the associated account. We may also take these actions when we reasonably believe refund behavior is abusive, fraudulent, or intended to circumvent the platform's purchase rules.
6. Access Revocation and Enforcement
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any account, purchased skill, download key, or marketplace feature if we detect policy violations, fraud risk, abuse, suspicious payment activity, unauthorized resale, or misuse of platform resources. Enforcement decisions may be made automatically or manually.
7. Intellectual Property
The skills, packages, text, graphics, and other content available on SkillHub are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a skill grants only the usage rights expressly provided by the platform or the skill provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, purchased skills, or inability to access the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SkillHub after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
